Well Guys and Girls February is upon us and for the romantics out there you know what that means; St Valentines Day. New York City is full of romantic locations, restaurants, theaters and hot spots. With the economy what it is these days, even romance is on a tight budget, so take the opportunity to see what NYC has to offer without breaking your bank account.
